Led by Charlie Gerstein, a former attorney at Civil Rights Corps, and Jason Harrow, former Chief Counsel for Equal Citizens, Gerstein Harrow has filed cases on behalf of individuals who have been illegally detained or harmed by police violence.

Gerstein Harrow partner Jason Harrow founded Gerstein Harrow’s issues and appeals practice. He is a champion of Harvard Law’s moot court and a former appellate attorney for New York State, and he has argued cases in a variety of courts including the U.S. Supreme Court.
