Jeremy Shur is a creative litigator with experience in high-stakes commercial disputes and groundbreaking civil rights cases.

Jeremy Shur has extensive experience in high-states commercial and civil rights disputes.  He has contributed to trial teams in federal court and before United States agencies, representing clients in the consumer products, financial technology, and gaming sectors.  He also represented, in a novel § 1983 action, the first American to be falsely arrested due to facial recognition technology.  

Before joining the firm, Jeremy served as an associate attorney at an elite trial litigation boutique. Before that, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas L. Ambro of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Honorable Maryellen Noreika of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.  Jeremy earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School.  Prior to law school, he taught high school math in Marks, Mississippi.
