We’re looking for great lawyers.

Gerstein Harrow is expanding our practice and our D.C. office. We’re hiring 3-5 associates, ideally available to begin work this spring or summer.

2–3 positions

Experienced attorneys

Our ideal candidates have 6 or more years of post-law-school experience in civil litigation — enough to confidently manage pending cases without much supervision. Our ideal candidate has excellent credentials and a burning desire to sue the bad guys aggressively.

1–2 positions

Recent clerks & new graduates

Right out of a clerkship or law school, also with excellent credentials, and an even greater zeal to sue the bad guys.

Although we will specifically be looking to expand our disability-rights work and some of our other civil-rights work against the administration, we will expect all associates to work on any of our cases. You can learn more about our pending cases at our current cases.

Our current D.C. office fits at most one or two people, but after this round of hiring is complete we will likely expand to superior digs and will expect associates to work there regularly, but with plenty of remote-work flexibility.
